List of Moral Values

According to research conducted by Dr. Ron Bucknam, the key six moral values include:
  1. Integrity (e.g., good judgment, adhering to ethical practices)
  2. Honesty (e.g., truthfulness, fairness, sincerity)
  3. Fidelity (e.g., faithfulness, loyalty)
  4. Charity (e.g., kindness, caring, good will, tolerance, compassion)
  5. Responsibility (e.g., reliability, dependability, accountability, trustworthiness)
  6. Self-discipline (e.g., restraint, not indulging in excessive behavior)

List of Values for Kids

Some of the values we covered so far are a bit complex for kids to understand. So here's a paired-down list of values for kids with terms that are more easily understandable. Feel free to shorten this list even further for younger kids by removing some of the more complex words and values.
