Sukhman Rekhi, M.A.Contributing Writer
Sukhman Rekhi is a recent psychology graduate and writer from Sacramento, CA. Her clinical and research background includes work in multicultural counseling, community health psychology, social justice advocacy, and women's issues. She is passionate about BIPOC mental health, identity and relationships, and coping mechanisms for anxiety and trauma. She is a thoughtful and passionate storyteller and when not using words to engage with her communities, she can be found making masterpieces on the nearest arts and crafts table, imitating Stephen Curry's three-point shot on the basketball court, binge-watching tv shows as she writes her own screenplay, and reading authors like Audre Lorde who remind her that self-care is an act of feminist warfare.
