About The Position
  • As a contributing science-writer, you'll be able to choose which topics to write about from our upcoming content calendar.
  • You'll write in-depth, scientifically-sourced articles on your selected topics. Check out our blog to learn more about our style.
  • Set a schedule that works for you.
  • Get paid for every article you write.
  • This position is part-time/remote/contract.

About You
  • You can read academic research, write about it in an approachable way, and cite research articles correctly. 
  • You have a BA in psychology, counseling, or other psychology-related degree plus one or more years of experience in psychology research (in a research lab or graduate program).
    • Preferred: You have an advanced degree in psychology or a related field (M.A., M.S., Ph.D.)
  • You enjoy writing.
  • You're detail-oriented with good grammar and spelling.
  • You're kind, humble, teachable, and open to feedback.
  • You have experience with Google Docs & Google Scholar (or you're willing to learn).
