Gratitude is the process by which we feel or express thanks for someone or something in our lives. Gratitude is, perhaps, one of the most frequently used activities in happiness workshops and interventions. Expressing gratitude, both for experiences and towards people, is a fun, easy way to increase happiness.
Activity: Gratitude list
In this activity, write a list of all the things you are grateful for. Try to think of as many things, people, places, etc., as you can.
Family, ice cream, trees, creativity, happiness, etc.
