Expressivity

Emotional skills: Expressivity

What Is Expressivity?

Expressivity refers to the ability to communicate and share yourself with others easily. It requires a sense of self-acceptance and comfort in being authentic with others.

Why is it important to build this skill?

When you have expressivity skills, you feel good about being yourself around others. Others get to know you more easily and see you for who you really are. This enables you to have better self-esteem and build deeper relationships with others.
